If you're into hipster bars, look no further. Babylon carries a wide selection of local sour beers (it's their thing) and if you're really lucky the sushi chef will have time to whip up something special for you. Definitely one of the best sushi places that I've tried in Oslo - but be prepared to wait for your rolls.

Babylon sushi & Surøl sit by the bar or in summer- the beautiful and cozy garden- and eat the best sushi in Oslo and drink fancy beer.
